Pizza was delivered by jetpack in Britain
The first-ever pizza delivery by jetpack was successfully completed in Britain, as a courier from Domino's used a Gravity Industries jet suit that cost a whopping $400k to fly through the air with the pizza. In the quaint town of Glastonbury, at a music festival, the pizza was distributed to hungry festival-goers as a tribute to Elton John's Rocket Man.
With 5 gas-turbine engines pushing an output of 1050 horsepower and thrusting up to 144 kilograms, the jetpack provided a unique way to deliver fast food. It can reach up to speeds of 80 km/hr, fly as high as 3.6 kilometers in the air, and can travel up to 5 kilometers in range. With the capability to last for 4 minutes of flight time, the cutting-edge device provides new ways for deliveries across various terrains.
