The first images of Saturn from the James Webb Telescope have been received

The James Webb Telescope has sent its initial images of Saturn using the Near Infrared Spectrograph (NIRSpec). Although these pictures are yet to undergo processing, the striking brightness of the planet's rings in contrast with the dark space backdrop is evident. This is because of how they reflect sunlight.

As soon as the editing of these images is complete, we anticipate viewing exclusive pictures of the planet with regard to short infrared wavelengths in addition to various other spectrums. Current images:
