Album Preview: Nicki Minaj in ‘Pink Friday’
Everyone’s favorite rapper (either by force or recognition), Nicki Minaj, has released snippets of her debut album Pink Friday, available for purchase and digital download November 23. Though tracks such as Right Thru Me, Check It Out (featuring Will.i.am) and Your Love have already made their mark on the charts, with the last being the Summer’s No. 1 rap single, Nicki wants her fans to hear all of what she has to say.
A leaked track, Roman’s Revenge (featuring Eminem), made its way to the blogosphere last week and was well received by fans, stans and critics. All that is left for Nicki to do is to prove that female rappers are not dead, and by the looks of her presence on Billboard this year, this album will surely prove so.
